77b2b Terms & Conditions — Full Platform Agreement

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77b2b website, mobile interface, games lobby, sports betting section, and all associated services accessible at https://77b2b.io.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own verified payment method and credited to their Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds awarded by 77b2b that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on eligible games before it converts to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures used by 77b2b to confirm the identity, age, and payment ownership of Account holders.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference standard for all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.
• "Business Day" means any calendar day in Bangladesh excluding public holidays gazetted by the Government of Bangladesh.

By completing the 77b2b registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

77b2b reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 15. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation or informal summary, the English version prevails in all respects.

To register and maintain an Account on the 77b2b Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continuously thereafter. 77b2b enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated systems may not hold Accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 77b2b or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77b2b or any recognised responsible gaming registry.
• You must not have had a previous 77b2b Account closed for breach of these Terms.

77b2b reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a certified copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a recent utility bill confirming your residential address in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 Business Days of a request may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may hold one Account only on the 77b2b Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same personal details, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 77b2b accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Restricting access to your Account from shared or public devices.
• All activity conducted under your Account login credentials, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified 77b2b of a security breach.

77b2b strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 77b2b will never contact you requesting your password, PIN, or full payment card details through any channel. Any communication purporting to be from 77b2b that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] without delay.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your Account or any credits within it. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits. 77b2b accepts deposits from the following approved Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in BDT at zero platform fee.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 77b2b reserves the right to return funds and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77b2b may require completion of full KYC verification including NID confirmation and payment method ownership verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer (DBBL, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 Business Days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 Business Days depending on the issuing bank.

77b2b reserves the right to impose enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per single transaction or ৳200,000 per rolling 30-day period. Such checks may extend processing times and may require the submission of additional supporting documentation.

Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances that have not satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirements may not be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-related funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the unsatisfied Bonus Balance.

77b2b offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cricket accumulator boosts, and VIP cashback rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented to the Player. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail for the duration of that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Bonus funds must be used before Real Money Balance funds when both are present in the Account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only bets placed on eligible game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements. Sports betting, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active Bonus Balance. Placing single bets exceeding ৳2,000 while a Bonus Balance is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
• 77b2b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to collusion with other Players, use of automated systems, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will have their Bonus Balance forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.

All games available on the 77b2b Platform are sourced from internationally certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, Play'n GO, and others. Each provider's games operate under their own independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 77b2b does not operate proprietary RNG software.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided in good faith based on figures supplied by the respective game provider. Actual outcomes in any individual gaming session may differ materially from the stated RTP figure, which represents a long-run theoretical average across a very large number of game rounds.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any stake refunded to the Player's Account at the Operator's discretion. 77b2b accepts no liability for losses attributed to technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures on the part of third-party game providers, internet service providers, or device-side issues.

Players must play solely for personal entertainment purposes. The use of any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or exploit game mechanics is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

77b2b's sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football (domestic and international leagues), kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as listed on the Platform from time to time. All odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT.

Key sports betting rules:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when the Platform displays an explicit written confirmation and a unique bet reference number. A bet not confirmed in this manner is not a valid wager regardless of the stage reached in the betting process.
• Minimum stake: ৳100 per bet slip. Maximum stakes are set per market and displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be amended or cancelled. 77b2b reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided if the relevant event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours BST from the scheduled start time, or if the market is determined to have been offered in error (including manifestly incorrect odds).
• Palpable errors: 77b2b reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has settled. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their Accounts suspended.
• Match fixing: Any bet suspected of being connected to match manipulation, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption will be reported to relevant authorities and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77b2b Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using unauthorised payment methods, stolen card details, or accounts belonging to third parties.
• Employing any form of artificial intelligence, automation software, betting bot, or exploit script to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes or accumulate bonus funds unfairly.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, deliberate loss of funds to another Account, or systematic bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77b2b support staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

77b2b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment dispute.
• Failure to maintain a positive Account balance for an extended period without any contact or activity.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established and the closure was initiated by 77b2b without cause, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding unsatisfied Bonus Balances) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 Business Days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 2 Business Days. Outstanding Real Money Balances are returned to the Player's verified payment method net of any applicable Bonus Balance forfeiture.

77b2b is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Account holders. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools within every Account dashboard, available at no charge and effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum allowable loss amount per day, week, or month. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 7-day review period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you of elapsed playing time at intervals you define.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and net win/loss position.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a Time-Out, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 77b2b is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Account registration, maintenance, and KYC verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history.
• Fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering checks, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Platform improvement, game personalisation, and analytics (in aggregated, anonymised form where possible).
• Communications directly related to your Account, including security alerts and transactional notifications.

77b2b does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for KYC verification, payment processing, and game delivery by certified providers.

All content on the 77b2b Platform — including but not limited to the 77b2b brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, game assets displayed within the Platform's lobby, and all software — is the intellectual property of 77b2b or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 77b2b.

Game titles, logos, and visual assets displayed within the 77b2b game lobby remain the intellectual property of their respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Their inclusion on the Platform reflects a valid commercial licensing arrangement between 77b2b and those studios and does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the Player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77b2b and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, game malfunctions, or errors caused by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, RTP figures, or promotional terms, where such information contained a genuine error that was corrected within a reasonable time.
• Any loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential economic loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77b2b's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, 77b2b's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77b2b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — 77b2b will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered Account email address.

For minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law), 77b2b may update these Terms without advance notice. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page.

If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

77b2b recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The date displayed in the "Effective Date" banner at the top of this page reflects the most recently published version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 77b2b Platform's operational jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

Complaints procedure. If you have a complaint relating to your Account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other Platform matter, you should first contact the 77b2b support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue. All complaints will receive an initial response within 2 Business Days and a substantive resolution or escalation notice within 10 Business Days of receipt.

77b2b is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and efficiently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy. 77b2b will not engage in formal dispute proceedings where the Player has not first utilised the internal complaints process in good faith.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 77b2b with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, agreements, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
